With a background in professional organization and finance, Savannah brings a rare precision to the craft of travel. Southern by nature — born in Texas, raised in Alabama, and rooted in Atlanta for fifteen years — she plans with the discipline of a strategist and the sensibility of someone who has always known exactly where to go.

Yes — fees vary depending on the level of service, the complexity of the itinerary, and the length of travel. All fees are shared transparently at the outset of your consultation, so there are no surprises. It is worth noting that our Hotel Reservation service is offered complimentarily.
Bailey & Co. specialises in luxury travel — working predominantly with five-star properties, private villas, and best-in-class providers. As a general guide, most itineraries begin from $1,000–$1,500 per room, per night for accommodations, with ground services typically starting around $1,000 per couple, per day. Every journey is different, and we are always happy to discuss what is possible within your parameters.
Absolutely. Flights are handled through our specialist air team at a service charge of $50 per ticket. If you already have your dates and hotel selected, we can arrange the reservation — along with VIP amenities — at no charge. You do not need a full itinerary to work with us.
For the best availability at sought-after properties and the most considered itinerary design, we recommend beginning the conversation nine to twelve months ahead of your intended travel dates. That said, we understand that some journeys are more spontaneous — and we are well-equipped to move quickly when needed. A $250 expedite fee applies to trips departing within 90 days.
